David Clay, Corporate Lawyer, part of the originating team of DWF following a merger in 1988 with his firm Dodds Ashcroft with Davies Wallis, a firm grown from a turnover of c£2m to a £71m turnover company employing more than 1000 people.

Been a specialist in property work and other work such as private client until the early 90s then moved to specialise in Corporate Law.

Experienced in all branches of law, particularly owner managed business work.
